Meet your Campaign Dashboard
Your Campaign Dashboard is the home for everything you need to be a Host on a Campaign. In this article, we’ll walk you through each section and show you how DojoMojo helps you organize the sweepstakes.
To navigate here, head to My Partnerships, click Campaigns, then click “Current” and find the Campaign you’re hosting.
This is where you’ll find the campaign builder to create the landing page, add partners, find tracking links, add social actions & custom CTA.
To open the Campaign Builder and edit your landing page, click Actions > Campaign Builder. You can also Launch or Delete your sweepstakes from here.
The Quick View is an overall look at your campaign, where you can review your sweepstakes partners, dates, and prizing.
The Basics will show you the dates the campaign will run, and the expected prizing and theme. You can also view key stats and basic analytics.
Here you can review your confirmed Campaign Partners - click on a partner to view their Brand Profile and learn more about them. You can also see if your Partners are staying up to date on their promotions here.
If you’ve sent an announcement or reminder to all Partners, you’ll see those in this panel.
The Calendar and Task list are the heart of your sweepstakes Media Plan. The dates the sweepstakes is running, as well as the dates you and your Partners are promoting the sweepstakes, will appear here. Everyone in the campaign will have their own tasks and calendar. Hover over Calendar items to view more details.
We recommend exporting the Calendar to your work calendar so that your campaign details stay front and center. Click the export button to sync the Calendar with Google, Outlook or iOS.
When you join a campaign, you asked the brands that joined you to commit in a Partnership Agreement to promoting the sweepstakes via an email to their list, or on social media. The channels and dates they/ve committed to will appear on the calendar and in a list of tasks.
If you used DojoMojo’s Partnership Agreement generator, these tasks are automatically created by DojoMojo. You can also create a task or promotion and assign it to a Partner, and we’ll automatically remind them about it. You’ll be able to view which of the tasks each Partner has completed here.
As Host, you have reminders for things to do here as well. We’ll send you email reminders about each relevant task.
To see details about a task on your calendar, hover over the item. To complete the task, click the action button until the pop up appears. From this view you can export the task to your calendar, view Analytics, edit the task, or send a message to the Partner. Click the checkmark to mark it as complete once you’ve completed the task.
Here you can send important campaign communications to your Partners, like reminders to gather prizing or letting them creative assets are ready so they can create promotions for their audience.
Files and Links
This section is key to a successful campaign - promoting! Files and Links contain everything your Partners need to promote the campaign.
A Tracking Link is a unique, custom URL that allows anyone to access your giveaway's landing page and tracks which entries came from your audience. Links for those promotions will appear here automatically. Copy and paste these links into your promotions, using the correct one for each channel.
For every brand in your sweepstakes, we’ve added a Tracking Link for each channel just in case you need them, but everyone is only obligated to promote on the channels you’ve agreed to with the Host.
You can add Creative Assets advertising the sweepstakes here. Your Partners will use these creative assets and the appropriate tracking link above to create promotions, which they’ll send on the date shown in the Calendar.
You can also view a copy of your Partnership Agreements in the Legal Documents section.
Use an ESP integration to send new entries directly your list so entrants can receive your marketing emails right away while you’re fresh in their mind. If you’ve already integrated with your ESP, you’ll see that reflected here. Otherwise, select your ESP and follow the prompts to integrate. These can also be configured in your Brand Settings.

In this section, Essential and Premium Hosts can configure our most powerful features - Social Growth and Custom CTA.
Here, you and your Partners can add your Social Actions, though as the Host you’ll control the final list that will appear.
