I'm working with a few brand partners and I'd like to manage it all myself. Why does each brand have it's on account on DojoMojo to participate in a sweepstakes with me?
It may seem frustrating to need to create a DojoMojo account for each partner of a campaign, but there are several reason why each partner having their own DojoMojo profile and account is critical to your campaign's success.
Legal Rights to Emails
As a partner, DojoMojo includes the brand’s logo on the landing page and in the legal language of the giveaway. With an increase in protection of personally identifiable information, hosts of a giveaway could be at increased legal risk if they are sending email addresses to brands who the entrants do not perceive to be a clear partner of the campaign.
This legal risk also applies to the prizing contributed by a partner that did not create a DojoMojo account. The host, or sponsor, of a giveaway is legally liable for providing the prizing to the winner.
To help protect hosts, DojoMojo introduced a legally binding Partnership Agreement flow that is required of each partner before they are accepted into a campaign. For any partners that do not follow this agreement flow on DojoMojo, the host is putting themselves at an increased exposure to risk.
Analytics, Accountability and Transparency
Prior to DojoMojo if someone was hosting a campaign the partners had no visibility into how that campaign was going. They might have underperformed, but there would be no way to know. Similarly, someone else might not perform at all and it would be impossible to tell. You didn't know how many entries had been collected, from who, and you also as a Partner couldn't get them regularly, only when a host decided they wanted to send them to you (which in most cases was at the end of the campaign - which could mean 1 month old emails).
DojoMojo removes all that ambiguity - now every partner can get entrants whenever they want, has real time visibility into their performance (and others), and equally as importantly can course correct if they are not performing up to expectations.

Arguably the most beneficial tool we provide all of our brands is the ESP integration so partners get the emails from a campaign in a timely, straightforward manner. If a partner were to not create a DojoMojo account, their only way to access the emails would be when the host downloads the CSV and sends to the ‘secret’ partner, which leaves a lot of room for human error and delays.
