Integrating with your ESP is arguably the most important thing you can do to ensure a quality list.
The longer you wait to reach a customer, the more stale your message becomes. Digging through a busy inbox days later, entrants may forget who you are and unsubscribe.
By integrating with your ESP, entries will be added directly to your ESP as you receive them. You can then set up your ESP to instantly send a welcome email or a marketing drip campaign to your new audience member.
More importantly, uploading large lists into your ESP can make your ESP think you are buying lists to spam (yuck!). Uploading lists can lead to being flagged by your ESP and can result in deliverability issues.
Integrate with your ESP
Click the Integrations tab of the Campaign Manager.
Click on the logo of your ESP and follow the prompts to integrate. You may be asked to request an integration - if you are, just click request and we'll follow up right away to confirm when it will be ready.
You can also create an integration with your ESP via your Brand Info page. Navigate to the Brand Info page by clicking Manage Brand in the drop down menu.
From there, select the Integrations tab and click the logo of your ESP to set-up the integration.
Create your own Integration
Note this requires a developer.
If you like, you can set up a Custom Callback on your own. Just follow the prompts to Activate the integration, and be sure to test it once you've set it up.
