Navigate to Pay Bill or Update Credit Card Info
First, navigate to Manage Brand.
Then click Billing:
Click the Update Payment Info button:
A window will pop up where you can enter your credit card information. Note the card you enter will become your default credit card for payment.
Click Update Info. You're all set!

Monthly users can drop us a line at email@example.com. You'll have until the end of that billing period to to collect any entries and use the platform and won't be charged again.
Annual plans are discounted and prepaid, making them ineligible for refunds.
What happens to my campaign if I downgrade?
If you have live campaign and downgrade to a Basic plan or cancel your account, your campaign will continue to run and your entrants will not be effected. You will not be able to edit your campaign, add new Tracking Links or new email integrations.
If you've integrated with your ESP, you'll still be able to get your entries as they will continue to be sent to your ESP.
You will not be able to download your entries in-app if you cancel your account.
