Completing your Brand Profile is a crucial step that will help other brands find you and start partnerships. If they can view more information about your brand, they'll be more likely to view you as a trustworthy for partnerships in the future.
How to Navigate to Your Brand Profile
From Home, click on your logo or its placeholder to view your Profile.
Complete Your Brand Profile
Add your Logo
Upload a .png (or .jpg file, but .png works better) of your logo. The logo should be a square aspect ration of at least 400 x 400 pixels with a transparent background. This will automatically appear on the landing page of any sweepstakes you join.
Add your Social Following
Add information about your different social accounts here. This is another metric that brands use when evaluating potential partners. Additionally, entering in your social handles allows DojoMojo to track how well your social promotions perform on giveaways and how many new emails you are driving for any campaign you are participating in. It also shows other brands how large your social reach is.
This information will show up when other brands view your brand profile.
Simply add your handles into their corresponding fields and DojoMojo will auto-fill the rest of the information.
Add a cover photo
If you've added your Facebook handle, we've automatically pulled in your cover photo.
To edit or add one, hover over the cover photo at the top of the page and then select Edit Image to upload an image of your choice. Select any image that fits your brand aesthetic.
Add a description in the "About" section
Add a short description of your company so other brands can learn who you are. You can also include a link to your website in this section. Make sure to add in your website as well so other brands can get a sense of your aesthetic and target demographic.
Add your Audience Size & Estimated Entries
Click this field to bring up this window where you enter or edit your list size. This is very helpful for other brands to know if they should reach out to you.
Your list size will not update as your list grows, you must do this manually.
Brand Rating and Demographic Data
Once you've completed campaigns, you will notice some changes to your brand profile.
Primarily, data will start to appear in the middle of your brand profile. DojoMojo will collect and report demographic data about your audience based on campaign entrants, as well as information about your past campaign performance.
Additionally, the "Avg Entries" field will become populated. Estimated entries are calculated by DojoMojo and cannot be edited by the user. DojoMojo calculates this metric by averaging the entries a brand has generated from their three most recent giveaways. If a brand has only completed one or two campaigns, it will take the average of those. This number is updated on each Sunday.
Finally, you may see a brand rating appear. The host and your partners have the ability to rate your brand in terms of how awesome you were as a partner (don't worry, you're also able to rate your partners as well)!
You can edit your brand profile at any time.
Interested In and Opportunities
DojoMojo offers several partnership marketing opportunities other than giveaways. Let brands know that you are interested in any or all of these partnerships by editing this section of your brand profile. In the Nav bar below your cover image, select Partnerships. Hover over the box and click the pencil in the top right hand corner.Select the partnerships that you would be interested in partaking in with other brands on the platform
Once selected, this information will live only on your profile. If you would like to create a very specific posting for a partnership you are interested in, you will want to create an Opportunity.
