What's an ESP Integration?
The best way to stay compliant with ESPs is to integrate with them directly, which we highly recommend. We support free integrations with numerous ESPs, or you can create your own Custom Entry Callback. As users enter the sweepstakes, we will send their email straight to your list. ESPs understandably care very much sending quality marketing content, and limiting the number of emails uploaded helps regulate how your new subscribers are responding to the content you begin to send them.

- Integrating means a higher performing list - List quality is much higher when you reach people right away. Even 2-3 days can make a big difference in performance- the longer you wait to reach people, the higher the unsubscribe rate and the lower the open and click through rates.
- It saves you time - Integrating sends entries directly to your list, which can then trigger marketing immediately - no more downloads, uploads and sends.
- Uploading can hurt your deliverability rating. If you must upload entries, upload them in batches - ESPs understandably care very much that quality marketing content is sent through their system, and limiting the number of emails uploaded helps regulate how subscribers are responding to the content you begin to send them. It's important to stay compliant with your ESP at all times. Over time, uploading large lists can lead to deliverability issues and potentially issues with your ESP.
How do I set up an integration for my ESP?

How are entries distributed to my ESP?
On DojoMojo, the host receives the entry first, and an email is sent to all other partners in random order each time for fairness spaced 2 hours apart. This generally prevents the complications caused by uploading large lists at once.
